A quotation, proposal, invoice, project scope or written agreement may contain additional terms for a particular engagement. Where those written terms conflict with these general terms, the engagement-specific written terms will apply.
Courses, programmes and services
Course schedules, eligibility, duration, fees, certificate availability, service scope, deliverables and estimated timelines will be communicated before confirmation.
- Enrolment or service commencement may depend on receipt of the required payment or advance.
- A parent or legal guardian must approve participation where the participant is a minor.
- Course schedules, instructors or delivery arrangements may be changed when reasonably necessary.
- Project timelines depend on timely communication, approvals, materials and access being provided by the client.
- Requests outside an agreed project scope may require revised pricing and delivery timelines.
Pricing and payment
Prices, payment stages and applicable third-party expenses will be communicated through the course information, quotation, proposal, invoice or other written confirmation.
Sindamkol may require full payment, an advance payment or milestone payments before beginning or continuing work. Delivery of final files, credentials, source material, equipment or other deliverables may be withheld until the agreed payment has been received.
Costs for domains, hosting, software licences, hardware, electronic components, subscriptions, printing and other third-party products may need to be paid in advance.
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type of course, programme or service and the stage at which the cancellation is requested.
The applicable conditions are described in our Refund Policy. A cancellation request should be made in writing through contact@sindamkol.com .
If Sindamkol cancels a confirmed programme or is unable to provide an agreed service, the customer may be offered a suitable rescheduled date, an alternative programme or a refund for the affected amount.
Client and participant responsibilities
Clients and participants must provide accurate information and cooperate reasonably so that a course, service or project can be delivered.
- Provide required content, approvals, access and feedback within the agreed timeframe.
- Ensure that supplied text, photographs, logos, software, documents and other materials may legally be used.
- Maintain backups of important data before technical support, installation, repair or configuration work begins.
- Use course materials, software, websites and project deliverables lawfully and responsibly.
- Do not misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access to its systems.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Sindamkol owns or is authorised to use the website design, brand elements, text, graphics, course materials and other content published on this website.
Website and course materials must not be republished, sold, sublicensed, copied or redistributed without written permission.
Ownership and permitted use of custom project deliverables will be governed by the applicable quotation or written agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, ownership of the agreed final deliverable transfers only after full payment.
Sindamkol retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, methods, general knowledge and reusable components. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.
